RETURNS POLICY

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request and ship your return back to us. Please contact our support team, who will be happy to help you: HERE

  • Contact our customer services team to obtain a Returns Authorisation
  • The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please send the parcel back to us on a carrier of your choice, and ensure its tracked. 

Any returned parcels sent by you without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to physical products purchased through the OWNU website. Digital subscriptions services are non-refundable. 

If you wish to exchange a product we would recommend you to place a new order and return the current one.
